«ATOMEXPO 2024» will host a session dedicated to the market of composites and additive technologies

On March 25, 2024, as part of the «ATOMEXPO 2024» International Forum, a panel session “Industry of the Future: the composites market and the introduction of additive technologies through the prism of international cooperation” will be held. The event will be held with the support of the composite division and the integrator for additive technologies of the State Corporation Rosatom.

The session speakers will be leading Russian and foreign experts: Konstantin Dolgov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy; Roman Chekushov, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Licensing in the Sphere of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia; Chandrashekhar Dandekar, Chairman of the Board of Dandekar Brothers LLP (India); Alexander Tyunin, General Director, Composite Division of Rosatom; Olga Ospennikova, executive director of the Association for the Development of Additive Technologies, and others.

Participants will discuss the main aspects of the development of large joint innovation projects using composite materials and additive technologies. The focus of the discussion will be the exchange of technologies with companies in Russia and abroad, including contributions to the development of related disciplines, prospects for commercialization, legal regulation, government support measures and others, as part of the implementation of national and international projects.

During the session, the State Corporation will present reports on the main trends in the development of additive technologies and composites in Russia and in international markets, product customization and the transition from prototyping to real industrial designs.

The session will take place from 16:30 to 17:45 in Hall No. 1 of the Main Media Center (in the Sirius Science and Arts Park).

The international forum «ATOMEXPO»is the main event of the global nuclear industry.
