Rosatom State Corporation is a diversified holding company engaged in the development of various areas of low-carbon energy. As a key provider of solutions for sustainable energy systems of the future, Rosatom has the resources and competencies to deliver turnkey energy solutions that meet the priorities of the global climate agenda.

The wind energy division of Rosatom consolidates the efforts of the State Corporation in advanced segments and technological platforms of the electric power industry. The division was founded in September 2017. It concentrates the management of all Rosatom competencies in the wind energy sector - from design and construction to power engineering and operation of wind power plants. To date, Rosatom has commissioned over 1 GW of wind power capacity. In total, by 2027, Rosatom will commission wind power plants with a total capacity of about 1.7 GW.

A sustainable clean generation structure is achieved through the synergy of low-carbon base generation such as nuclear or hydroelectric power with prefabricated green generation sources. The combination of different types of generation makes it possible to achieve the safety and reliability of energy systems.

«The ATOMEXPO International Forum» is one of the main congress and exhibition events of the global nuclear industry, organized with the support of the Rosatom State Corporation. The forum has been held annually since 2009. This is the largest business and exhibition platform where leaders of leading industry companies and leading experts discuss the challenges of developing nuclear technologies, strengthen partnerships and exchange best practices. The forum format includes an exhibition and an extensive business program, the main topics of which are traditionally the development of nuclear energy as an environmentally friendly source of energy; human capital management; creation of nuclear energy infrastructure; energy financing and investment; development of non-power nuclear technologies and many others. As part of the forum, cooperation agreements are traditionally signed between Russian companies and foreign partners.

Russia is actively developing cooperation with friendly states. The implementation of large joint energy projects continues. Rosatom and its divisions take an active part in this work.
